Mount Meru and Uno Energies have each been fined K45,000 for failing to submit to comprehensive fire incident report and contravening the sitting guidelines for petroleum infrastructure respectively.
Eco Petroleum was reprimanded for failing to provide a functional compressed air system, while Lake Petroleum’s 17 service stations were found to be in breach of their licensing conditions, potentially compromising safety and operational efficiency.
