Former PF deputy secretary general Mumbi Phiri has criticized Christine Kaseba, recalling instances where Kaseba mocked PF supporters for wearing Chitenges with Michael Sata’s portrait, suggesting they were “wearing another man’s face on our buttocks.”
Phiri also addressed Kaseba’s concerns about the PF’s future, asserting that the party is already defunct and has a “plan B” in place for the upcoming 2026 elections.
Dr. Kaseba recently warned that the PF risks not being on the ballot if internal issues aren’t resolved, expressing disappointment over the party’s current state, which she believes would displease Sata, its founding leader.
