Minister of Information and Media and Chief Government Spokesperson Cornelius Mweetwa last evening visited the funeral home for the late Independent Broadcasting Authority (IBA) Director General Guntila Muleya.
Ministry of Information and Media Permanent Secretary Thabo Kawana revealed through a Facebook post that, during the visit, both he and Mweetwa took the time to console the widow, family and friends of Mr. Guntila.
Kawana stated the entourage encouraged the family to seek guidance from God during their time of mourning and assured them of the active police investigation into the case of murder.
Guntila was killed on Tuesday in the Njolwe area of Lusaka under unclear circumstances.
Police are currently investigating the killing.
