ZICTA Director General Choolwe Nalubamba has resigned from his position.
This has been confirmed by the ZICTA board chairperson Mundia Muya.
Contrary to the various reports going around social media, well-placed sources within ZICTA and elsewhere have disclosed that Nalubamba resigned. He was neither fired nor forced to resign.
“Nalubamba was not fired, it was his decision to leave ZICTA. He has his own reasons for the decision, not the speculations you’re seeing,” said a source.
