Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development Minister Charles Milupi says the New Dawn government will not hold back in its quest to developing and transforming infrastructure in the country.
On Monday, Milupi commissioned two newly-built administration blocks in Lufwanyama and Mpongwe districts.
He said government’s vision and commitment to infrastructure development was evidenced by the continuous commissioning of projects throughout Zambia.
“On Monday, barely a week after we commissioned two Acrow bridges in Lunte and Luwingu districts of Northern Province, we commissioned two newly-completed district administration office blocks in Lufwanyama and Mpongwe districts on the Copperbelt Province” Milupi wrote on his Facebook page.
“That we are commissioning completed construction projects every other week illustrates the seriousness of the New Dawn leadership.
“Trust us when we say we shall not get tired of commissioning construction projects like these district administration office blocks in the two districts of Lambaland.”
Milupi stated that the New Dawn government has prioritized construction of ultra-modern for public institutions in all areas, including the rural parts of the country.
“With these new district administration office blocks, the affairs of the government in Mpongwe and Lufwanyama districts will now be conducted in a much more conducive environment” he concluded.
