The government has affirmed its commitment to safeguarding the rights of all vulnerable women, girls, and boys across the country.
Minister of Justice Princess Kasune says her government has pledged to foster a safer and more just society where every individual, regardless of gender or age can live without fear and violence.

Speaking at the World Vision’s Strong Women, Strong World annual cocktail last evening, Kasune emphasized that the government would reach every vulnerable citizen through various strategies already in place.
The minister highlighted the importance of providing comprehensive support services, including legal aid, counseling, and safe shelters to those in need.
“It is crucial that we ensure these services are accessible to everyone who requires them,” she stated.
World Vision Board Chairperson, Mable Mung’omba, resounded the call for greater collaboration between the government and World Vision Zambia, emphasising the shared goal of protecting and empowering vulnerable communities.
