Police in Sinda District, Eastern Province have arrested a 29-year-old man for defiling a nine-year-old girl who is the daughter of his landlord.
Eastern Province police commanding officer Robertson Mweemba says the matter was discovered when the video that the suspect captured whilst in the act went viral.
Mr. Mweemba says the incident occurred around 14: 00 hours last Saturday.
He says investigations indicate that the suspect has been having carnal knowledge of the juvenile for a long time.
