’Chicken’ Lands at Nchanga

Veteran coach George Lwandamina has been appointed Nchanga Rangers coach after recently leaving Zesco United.

He has been appointed alongside Boyd Mulwanda as first assistant coach, Israel Mwanza as second, Humphrey Malikoni as physical trainer with Yona Phiri being roped in as goalkeeper coach.

Club president Shapi Shachinda expressed confidence in the new technical bench, saying: “We are thrilled to have George Lwandamina and his team on board. We believe they have the expertise and pedigree to deliver to the expectations of our sponsor, the executive committee, our supporters, and other club associates. We are confident that they will take the team to greater heights.”

The new technical bench brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the club, with Lwandamina having previously coached several top-tier teams in Zambia and outside the country.

“We are excited to have this new team in place and look forward to a successful season,” said Shachinda.
